Hey guys.
I begin by thanking you all for the hosting and support.
I needed to upload a backup file and deploy it , but was unable due to a limit of 100mb through the file manager.

Could we kindly increase this amount to about double at least?
I think this is new as was able to do it a few weeks ago.
Many thanks

Use a FTP client. For encryption you need to use: Require explicit FTP over TLS.

FTP, FTPS, HTTP, and HTTPS are all different protocols. Nothing sensitive usually goes over FTP, but HTTPS is required for credit cards, personal information, etc. etc.

100mb files are explicitly not allowed. Do not upload this file to your account. File size must be 10mb or less. Consider using a file hosting website for hosting your files.

It's not for hosting files it was for a backup deployment. They are way bigger than 10mb.

What do I do if I need to deploy a backup?

You are perfectly allowed to temporary store bigger files, in case of backups for instance.

However, you would need to use ftp to upload files larger then 100mb in size.

Understood thanks.

I think lylex10h was trying to say the same but I did find it clear. Thanks also.
