Hi this is patty and my site won't let me log in

Hi,dear gatteroyce, Anna, spacecres and Kenny and all. Please help me.
Whenever I click on https://x10hosting.com/sso/login to enter my user name and passwords, it says errors 404 pages not found. So I tried going into the sign in page and enter my username which is beadsx12 and the password and it says it does not match the credentials, I don't know what to do. Please email me as soon as possible and let me know what i am suppose to do. Thank you very much

You're seeing the old page it would seem. Make sure you go to https://x10hosting.com and click login from there. If that still fails try clearing cache so you get the new stuff that was launched a few hours ago. Make sure to read information before logging in.

Hello,

You will need to issue a password reset for your email address to use the new system. Please visit https://x10hosting.com/reset and enter your email address you are using. Once you get this new link in your email you will reset your password and you will need to use your email address and this new password to login via https://x10hosting.com/login

The new website form should look like this one. Not the one you mentioned above that is our old system. If you are not seeing the same login screen as below your DNS has not updated yet to our new website.

I just noticed an issue with the account in the backend, which I have now corrected. Could you please try the reset password again now?
