No E-mail to Reset Account Control Panel Password Received

Hello,

I completed the online password reset (https://x10hosting.com/reset) to access my Account Control Panel account, both yesterday and today, and have not received the promised email. I know that yesterday, the x10hosting kept timing out, but this seems to not be the case today...

I have checked the Inbox, Spam, and Junk boxes and don't have anything.

I also tried changing my password through https://community.x10hosting.com/community/account/security and while it's a recognized change, when I go back to https://x10hosting.com/login, I am told "These credentials do not match our records."

I know my email is recognized, because I can complete this thread/ticket...

I'd appreciate all the help I can get.

There was an error transferring your account. Please note this has nothing to do with your hosting and your websites, databases, etc. are completely unaffected.

Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure your forum password is secure. It must have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. If your password is not secure, change it now: https://community.x10hosting.com/community/account/security

2. Sign up for a new account. Use the email address you use here for the forum. Also provide your forum user name and forum password.

3. After receiving the verification email, please post here so we can associate your hosting and the account just created.

You can log in to the panel via https://x10hosting.com/panel using the password and email you provided during signup. You should now see your existing account on your dashboard. Change the password by clicking the "USER @ X##" button on the dashboard and selecting change password. Your old password for logging in to DirectAdmin may not work anymore, but you can use the old password again if it is a strong password.
