Help Enable SSL

Dear Support,

I do not see SSL option on x14, I have tried to search of SSL, but it says access is denied. I have also tried going to https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl and trying it that way, but can't. Please help

you should read the post, server issues all servers
x14 is one that is still having issues.

while this may or may not be related,
i suggest allowing x10 admins and staff the time to fix the servers.

Hi,

I am still not able to add SSL Certificates, it keeps coming up with

Cannot Execute Your Request
You are not allowed to modify your ssl settings

Is there something else I need to do or can someone help. I was just wanting to use SSL with LetsEncrypt.
