Hello All,
Having patiently waited in hope that things sort themselves out with the x12 webserver and I see we are almost there .
My issue is that my website is not being updated .
Having deleted the site via Control Panel and verified it is empty and then reinstalled the more up to date files for the site and verified that all seems correct in control panel within (public_html).

However, When I visit the site through my browser (Chrome on Windows 10) I can only see my old website even though I have cleared all my browsing history..
Can anyone shed any light on how to fix this please ?

Many thanks.

it is possible your website files were restored recently to an older version.
@STAFF or an @Admin will need to verify that.

when i try to view your website i see a 403 forbidden message.

As far as I am aware all the files are new (Post restoration) on the site .

Error 403 would be as expected as my site is in a sub directory as below
https://seismet.x10host.com/heli/welcome.html

maybe it no longer works in a sub directory and need moving , strange though as it always used to work perfectly.

The other thing to note is when I view the folder in the console all the correct files are there , So I have no idea where my website is getting its information from .
