Unable to send but can receive email (new email account me@mydomain.com)

Hello,
I created an email account on my domain, and currently I am able to receive emails on it, but I am not able to send. Well, it says the email was sent but the message never arrives on any of the addresses I tried to send to. I sent to my other email addresses so I can confirm that they are not received.

I was advised by admin Eric that it could be that the emails are being tagged from this end as spam and thus never gets sent, so I tried composing emails with actual contents (i.e. not "test email" or something like that), but I am seeing the same result.

Some more details. When this account was migrated to DirectAdmin, I had a domain pointer. I deleted this domain pointer, and then added it back by creating a new domain. In RoundCube, I am still able to access the old default email something@mydomain.elementfx.com and send emails from it. But in my new domain mydomain.com, I created this email something@mydomain.com and this one is not able to send email (no error, but emails are not arriving).

Hello,

Thanks for making this reply.

I can see you are using cloudflare to manage your DNS for both domains. Can you please let me know how you have the records setup on that set so we can confirm the SMTP would work based on your settings?

The "C="250 2.0.0 Ok" line generally means the email is being sent out by the mail server without issues.

I have just sent a successful test email from your account contact@ without any issues on our end. Can you confirm if this is the email address you are having issues with as it is the only one I am seeing listed on this domain

I apologize I did not see the email accounts for your second domain I changed and I can confirm I did not receive my second test email from them. I am going to check further into this and will make an update once I have one.

It seems your domain name was on our mail servers blacklist from 2015. I have removed this blacklist and have confirmed I can send emails from this domain without any issues now.
