    Error Establishing Database Connection

I believe that's the same case that's going on with my site, but more specifically the forums section of it. There, I ran into this error message which says: I still have a feeling this is something the hosting admins need to get address A.S.A.P.

Horde Webmail Application - What's going on with this specified error?

In terms of the IP/domain, are you referring to the ISP connection that I am currently using? Because that is now my assumption at this point.

Horde Webmail Application - What's going on with this specified error?

Okay, everyone, I seriously need answers. The case is this: during the course of last night AND this morning, I was trying to send an email to a certain address under the Horde Webmail platform (the names and site email addresses are undisclosed in this post; however, the address IS a legitimate...

There is a problem with your request

More like the former (public Wi-Fi connection); specifically, if I'm not wrong, the X10Hosting admins might have put that said network on a blacklist "due to frequent abuse". It's best to see about using a different network that hasn't been known to have been involved in abusing the services...

Need help on why I keep getting 503 errors for my site (on the backend)!

Recently as I have been attempting to write new postings on my site, I have been running into many "503 - Backend Fetch Failed" errors as of late. I'm beginning to suspect that if it's not the links, it's something else. Can someone here give me info regarding about other possible culprits...

    Post Limit

Is this what also results in the "503: Backend Fetch Failed" error as well? Because it looks like I'm running into that scenario again as I was attempting to write new posts for my site. Either that or I'm currently trying to post while connected to a hotspot with possibly a technically slow...

    Webmail access issues

@Dead-i: Yeah, I can access the "Webmail" for my site's hosting account; however, there's one more roadblock - the client that I normally use (SquirrelMail) is returning a Error 500. It's fine when I choose the "Horde" or "RoundCube" webmail clients though.

    Webmail access issues

Hello to the X10hosting staff/administration; I'm filing this support thread to let you all know that as I was attempting to access the webmail side of my hosting account to check for any new email correspondence received, there seems to be some page loading issues after I enter in my login...

I can confirm it's back to normal for my hosting account here as well. Thanks so much, @Bryon.

    Website Halted?

I think this is actually a support thread, and many of us (myself included) are dealing with this issue (which I'm currently appealing because I know for sure that to the best of my knowledge, nothing has breached the ToU for my hosting account). For now, just have patience; hopefully, the...

    Banned without reason.

No, that's not true in terms of my hosting account Dead-i; the hosting account I have is the only one I have and I have no knowledge of it being used in a "malicious" way. As I stated earlier, the last actions I did were from last night as I was dealing with email correspondence on that account...

Yeah, that's what I did; logging in from that page you specified and not straight to my related account's cPanel. I tried it again using a different connection; ran into the same "hosting account closed due to abuse" error message. Meaning I can't get to the cPanel area of my account to check...

Same here in relation to my hosting account here; the last actions I was doing on the account was taking care of some email correspondence as well as file management on the backend. I seriously hope it's just a system error because I'm not able to get into cPanel because of this said roadblock.

Hey, is the X10Hosting IRC Channel still in action?

Ah, I see; not complaining on that front. I can see the reasoning why it would have to be discontinued. Thanks for the reply.

    Stupid Errors

On a side note, that's what I've always been wondering about in terms of the "four-link limit" - in terms of if we write said "links" on forms, is this referring to external site links mainly? Because I know that on my site (the main one), I still do linking, but their mostly inside my site...

Need to get to the bottom of a certain .php file on my site account; help, please?

Wait, so let me get this straight - in terms of the servers here (especially the "free hosting servers") - any actions that the blog system that I have installed for my site which the servers do not allow during "processing"... end up in 403 Forbidden errors?! Because if I'm understanding you in...

Need to get to the bottom of a certain .php file on my site account; help, please?

Can one of the X10Hosting admins assist me on this matter as well, please? The case is this: on the site hosted under my account in question, whenever one of my site's pages via the blog system I have installed sees about loading the specified file called "phpinfoframe.php" (technically to see...

Hey, is the X10Hosting IRC Channel still in action?

Evening, all; I was checking through the X10Hosting main pages and wasn't able to find the link for the IRC channel that I can see about accessing when necessary regarding support for my site hosting account. I just need to know if you still have that said IRC channel in action so I can make...
