Indeed, other users have been experiencing this very troublesome issue. I am unsure of the exact time the issue commenced, but I was the first one (as far as I know) to share the issue on this forum. I know as of 5:00 PM (EST) or so, I was able to access the cPanel.

I'm relatively new to x10, and am unsure how exactly I'm supposed to contact an administrator. I expect they'll notice the flow of threads in this forum soon enough, if they haven't already.

I am simply waiting for the issue to be resolved, I see no solution to the problem in sight until the staff members of x10 get to work on the problem.

I enjoy functionality in any website I browse. An obvious factor to any website should be the user-experience. Is the website user-friendly? Is it achieving the purpose it was made for? Those are two important aspects of any website.
