    Looks like it's working now! For a time I got "HTTP error. Please refresh the page and try again" when I try to change the password (despite refreshing), but a hard refresh seems to have done it (or I caught it at the wrong/right time) and I got into the control panel. Thank you!

    Unfortunately I still seem to have the cPanel link leading to the "An error has occurred forwarding your sign in" message. Thank you for the explanation! Pretty strange then that the system sent me an inactivity final warning so long after I was already purged.

    From that I gather that may be no restoring the sites - that's fine; I have all the files locally. But what should I do with my account itself since it exists but can't ever log in to a backend to start again? I presume that's something else for an admin - thank you.

    I've got this problem too, and it sounds like people in this thread had it at least on Wednesday as well D: I've cleared my cache and all x10hosting cookies, but neither's helped.
