For about a week I couldn't access my web pages. Then yesterday, when I pointed my browser to my homepage I had a really bad surprise: all my files were gone. Does it happen all the times? I'm wondering if it's really worth it hosting my web pages here. A really disgruntled user!

Haven't been able to ftp for a couple of days now. Today I tried to login to my cpanel but the login+password were rejected

I've been trying to upload files but I can't login to the ftp server Then I found out I was suspended. I asked to be unsuspended and a few days ago I was told that now I was unsuspended. But I still can't ftp login
