I am now home, and it is not an issue here. I did not make any changes, and using Chrome, the settings are the same because its portable, so I am not sure what happened. I work for a state gov't, so maybe the route through the state servers/routers caused it.

I went to that panel in cPanel, it said it could not find the zone files. I did the reset anyway, and then the zone files showed up. It did not change anything. I still see the Domain does not exist page, and I did clear he cashe and history and restart the browser. Any other thoughts?
