Look in the error_log file in the Joomla! directory or take a look at cPanel's error log - it might shed more light on the issue. If there's nothing in there, it might be your .htaccess file causing the problems - you can post it here for us to look at if you like.

The account management panel probably hasn't been updated yet, and as for the DNS issues (cPanel success page) it's okay - these issues will probably fix themselves when the administrators get round to finishing the move. Don't worry about it.

You don't have access to the php.ini file, but the limit should be set high enough as it is. Just login to http://x10hosting.com/login with your forum username and password, and change your PHP version to Intermediate. All requests for this version are accepted automatically and will take effect...

What is the content of the cron job? Just copy and paste it from cPanel and tell us when it's supposed to run.

Give it a few minutes and try again, it's possible that Stoli is just struggling to cope a bit. Seems as though Stoli is alright now.
