Since I changed my domain name I've not been able to receive emails to start off when I tried to send an email to myself from another account it came back with an email saying it couldn't send the email but now it doesn't but I never receive the email. Also I have to access my emails via webmail...

I bought a domain today and I have tried to use it for my account here but for some reason my change requests just get stuck at process wait. I have tried 4 times to change it today. Callum.

UPDATE: I tried again today to access the FTP but it still comes back with the same message: could it be something to do with my computer. Is anyone else having this problem??

Sorry it took me along time to reply I have only just checked to see if there was any replies. I have checked and I have got the box checked that says " My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and I am trying to use port 25 but it still isn't working.

UPDATE: I have attempted to set up my email account again on Outlook but I am still getting the same message it says it can't connect. What is it that I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance, Callum Jackson.

I first registered it as majesty.pcriot.com then once it was approved I changed it to majesty.org.uk which was approved again it never said I needed to pay or anything. I can send emails from the account but just not receive them. should I try and register another free domain but not change it...
