Not sure, I'm at school and can't check myself because they block cpanel. But it really isn't that hard to do it yourself. Otherwise you will have to wait for a staff member to look into it.

Your going to need to post more info than that. It doesn't give support much room to figure out what is wrong.

Download the files from wordpress or phpbb. Upload the files to 'public_html' as the archive they were downloaded in. Then unzip them into your folder. Browse to your site through your browser, and into whatever folder you put all the files in. It should automatically bring up the install page.

The only way is to upgrade your php level. Check under account setting on the sidebar at x10hosting.com after logging in. they are set for a reason. Why do you need more?

check your wordpress config file. Make sure that Your database user, name, password are correct and also make sure that, that user has correct permissions.

Well x10 still has some bugs they will fix them eventually. To empty your cache, im assuming your on windows, tools -> internet options -> clear temp files.

Chances are it's pending. Just find something else to do for a bit. No need to sit there clicking refresh. If you haven't received a reply in a few days then submit a support ticket.

It seems that most of the servers are experiencing trouble. But the work they are doing on the servers is still ongoing so i assume it is that. My site has been down for the past week or two as well. I would suggest you submit a support request, but they may just tell u the same thing.
