500 Internal Server Error

Well,for starters I wanted to see all the script that are in Fantastico.I started to install some:
Crafty Syntax Live Help,Help Center Live and many other script.Some worked but some gave 500 Internal Server Error.Whats the deal?Thank you.

Go into file manager, public_html, then click on the folder that you installed the file into. Set the permissions to 755.
