500 Internal Server

I know this has been posted about alot, but I still haven't been able to find a solution.

I recently used Fantastico to install Nucleus on my website. At first I had some CHMODing difficulties with the config.php file but those got fixed. After fixing config.php, now my hompage says

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@golz.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can anyone help? I'd really like for Nucleus to work. Thanks.
