It seems my files are restored and I can access them in the control pannel, but I am getting a 503 error on visiting my website. Please help.

At first glance I see nothing wrong (permissions etc look right), it could be the server just isn't ready to serve the sites yet 503 error does translate to Service Unavailable, so this does seem plausible.
