about nameserver problem

i have problem, i have a domain is ad.net.ru, i want addon in my host, when i input your nameserver to that domain, he tell me "At least two of the servers listed should be located in different IP nets (in different C class nets in traditional terms) and have a reliable Internet connection."

i try ping the this host's nameserver is
ns1.x10hosting.com 74.86.117.243
ns2.x10hosting.com 74.86.117.241

it's the C class is same, please help me.:nuts::nuts::nuts:

i think it's beause there is "117" in the two ip's, it should be different to be accepted by your registrar.
like 74.86.117.243 and 74.86.116.241 (for example)

not completely sure, but i really think :happysad:

Yes, it's the same IP block. Therefor your registar is blocking it. There is nothing we can do because of that, you may email them with your problem and see if they can manually add it, or override it.

thank your help, i want this domain to everydns.net, use A record to this host IP, could i?

Yeah, Sure. You can add A Record to point your domain to this host. Login to your cPanel and you can get the IP of the Server you're on.

Just create an A Record for yourdomain.ext pointing to that IP.
You're done.
