Account activation

I filled in a hosting application form two and a half days ago, but I am still unable to access my control panel. I believe that my account has not been activated. Here is the control panel's URL address:

Oh, and my website's "public_html" address should be http://www.tev.x10hosting.com. Thanks in advance.

Did you receive an activation E-mail?

Well, I did receive an e-mail containing my account details (control panel URL, password, etc.) directly after I submitted by application form. I don't think that it was an activation message, though.

I got an e-mail like that too, and it did say that my account was activated. It would appear that no one can access their new sites yet; apparently the server is down.

Would it be possible for you to manually activate my account?
