Let me just start by saying how good your web hosting is. It has everything, you could ask for on your free plans, and great value on paid ones.
However, I think what could definantly be done to imrpove the Paid Service, is to allow the Account Management Panel to be used with paid plans. It is a really useful utility, whcih shows you server status, allows you to make setting changes and also to view used bandwidth etc.
Also, the Clients Area could do with imrpovement. It is hard to see the text on the page becuase of the dark blud backgorund. Also, many pages on it are blank.
