From my experiences, I think the Account Panel is pretty easy to navigate.

Do you have any specific suggestions on how to reorganize the links, or what pages you had difficulty finding?

I agree, as a new user, I have found it really great, however I guess i don't have that much to compare it with... but being new means i guess i don't have any pre-ideas on whats good and whats not... but can say it seem easy to me

I am always one to opt for performance over presentation. Personally I don't see an issue with the way it is but by all means make it better if at all possible.
