account problem

I am so sorry for this unexpected direct approach to your good office but I would like to request for help about my account because it says:

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I can access my cpanel but I can not access my x10hosting account, I am afraid that if i will not be able to log in that means "INACTIVITY".

I hope to receive a reply from your good and humble office.

First, inactivity suspensions are only if you don't login to the FORUM once every two weeks. This has nothing to do with Cpanel, visitors to your site, etc.
