Ads won't show up

I keep trying to add ads onto my website but it only works on the forums for some reason. Every time I add the ad it doesn't show up. http://joukai.exofire.net If you take a look at the source code, you can see the ad code yet it doesn't show up. Am I doing anything wrong?

Make sure you don't have a ad blocker. If you use Norton or CA Internet Security you probably have one.
I can see the ads.
