It is currently at version 0.9 BETA state, since the admin interface is yet unfinished (unfinished addons are unlinked).

This is the preview section, where you can retreive the code for the shoutbox and preview your shoutbox. [resized]
The standard height of the shoutboxes are 500 pixels and custom width.
This is the creation panel, very simple and all the boxes are prefilled if you do not know what they do.
Every shoutbox comes with an instant admin pane, where you may get some naughty people posting or you are just doing routine filters, it saves you logging into SC
The password is the same for the site.
Once you are logged in as admin this is what you would see (when update released, there will be lots more, trust me)

Some notes though: Internet Explorer displays it differently to what it looks like in the pictures, but it looks fine for Opera, Firefox, Safari and netscape.
