Thanks! I have read about that change but I find no way to access DirectAdmin - all I have after logging in is a page with a link to open the cPanel and, by clicking that, I receive this message.

Meanwhile my website estories.x10.mx (hosted on x12) is up and running again after an offline-time of 12 hours.

It seems, that I was not alone with it.

It looks like several users on x12 are having problems logging in. I've checked the usual causes for this problem and it appears they are all good. Can anyone confirm that logging in to x12 from your SSO page is still a problem?

Hello, I'm a bit behind following this thread, it seems. I can access my web site now (https://www.asmc-aviation.org/ or http://asmcaviation.x10host.com/), could not roughly 8 hours ago. And I can log into the SSO, but I cannot log into X12 from the SSO page. I click Open cPanel, and it gives me the "Sign in Successful ... An error has occurred forwarding your sign in" message.

I cannot log into X12 (https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/) directly either. It appears to accept my login credentials, but then reloads the login page with no reported error (like a login loop).

I believe I last logged into SSO and DirectAdmin right about 3 weeks ago. I have a reminder on my calendar set for every 28 days to remind me to login, and the next time it's on my calendar is next Thursday.

Hello

I am not able to access my cPanel as it says:
This site can’t be reached
x14.x10hosting.com
took too long to respond.

Is there something I can do to fix this? I have tried to clear the internet cache and cookies but no luck unfortunately

I have tried different browsers - Edge, Firefox and Incognito but no luck unfortunately

Hello. https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ does not recognize my logon credentials, which I'm sure are correct. The error message is "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again." Note I attempt to logon via https://x10hosting.com/sso/login but have tried https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ directly. If you can respond directly to me at houseofhal@juno.com in addition to here on the forum I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

I tried x11.x10hosting.com with my user id, (not the email address) to get to the control panel. I read another post that said that it does not count as a login to avoid susension and you must login to x10hosting.com/sso/login for it to count. So for now I am doing the two step

Hi folks, as many others have experienced, I am getting this error on trying to get to the Direct Admin page from https://x10hosting.com/sso/login.

This is happening for my jolazox1 user and for my wife's website (which i troubleshoot for) user = primord2

the error message occurs when I hit the "Open cPanel" button and reads:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

staff may be busy with other matters right now.
so it may take much longer before they reply.
support staff will reply when they can.

note:
to many failed login attempts will cause your ip to get blocked.
you are better off waiting until staff can check things out.
and reply to posts accordingly.

support staff usually wont respond by email.
they will reply here on the forum when they can.

also as evyox102 suggested,only the main sso login page
accepts an email as the username, when logging into the other
non-sso page try your forum login information instead.

staff may be busy with other matters right now.
so it may take much longer before they reply.

what is your website URL??
x14 is not the proper server for Cpanel/DirectAdmin
you should be using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

only login to the x14 url if x14 is the server your website is on,
and only if you cannot use the proper sso login page.

to many failed logins will cause your ip to be blocked.
only staff can unblock you when they get a chance to.

i suggest you wait until staff/support reply.

The main https://x10hosting.com/sso/login is NOT forwarding properly.
many users are having same problem trying to login on that page.

I am on the x15 and can only use https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/
to login using my forum credentials.

note to other users.

if you have issues logging in to the SSO page, try the other link.
if you know what server your website is on you can try that.
example, x11 x12 x13 and so on. just change the x15 in my link
and use your forum login information.

Doing this may help others until staff/support get things fixed.

For a few weeks now I have been trying to access the control panel for my account without success. My account logs in and I am presented with the page that welcomes me back to the X10 site and that contains the Open cPanel button. When I click on the Open cPanel button I get the following....

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Clicking on retry returns me to the welcome page.

My free hosted website is on the X12 server (I believe).

I've seen many similar posts on the forum but not seen a definitive resolution that works for me. I have cleared cookies and cache in my browser (firefox) and reset my account password, all to no avail. Hoping someone can help me restore access to the facility that administers my site (now supposedly 'DirectAdmin' for the free hosted sites)
