  • 21:00 server time - Issue reported to administrators. Waiting for update
  • 22:00 server time - Administrators applied fix. Back online

Sometime in the past several hours today, some users are noticing that they cannot log in to the SSO page to manage their account. The admin team is aware of the issue.

If you are affected, when trying to log in you will see the message "an error has occurred processing your request"

At this time, there is no further information to report.

Please feel free to reply with more information. Don't reply with "yes, me too!" or any chat so we can keep this thread with relevant information. If you feel your issue is not related, please create a new thread.

I'm one of the users affected. I'm writing to update the error message. It has changed. It now takes me to a completely new page which says (see attached image):

It should be resolved. Please try clearing your cache if you see anything weird.
