Hello,

I have a problem when trying to access my website and cpanel
My website tells me: Apache works normally
When trying to access cpanel: Sign in Successful. Please wait while you transfer it to your web hosting account.

I have also tried to access via ftp client and it gives me a 503 error.

My account was deactivated for a long time but I cannot reactivate it, how can I reactivate it and have my website operational again?

You can have a look at Apache is functioning normally
But it would seem that your were suspended for inactivity.

there might be a chance of reactivation if your account was not deleted.
but only staff can do that for you if your account is retrievable.
you will need to wait for them to reply.

My account was suspended and I understand that my website is deleted, but I can't access cpanel to restore anything ...

How can I contact admin assistance?

Thanks

This thread is flagged with the red admin flag, so an admin will see it and process the request. This usually takes a few days. You will see a reply here once it is done.

Due to the automated suspension/terminations being halted we did run a manual purge in early March (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
