Are the free accout servers up and running yet?

I havn't seen anything official, but I've seen posts that make me think they are. Sorry for this posts redundancy if the information is up and I missed it.

yes i have made some post to see this but no-one seems to be replying to me and i would like to know since it has been 3 days now i am just about finished my game and then suddenly this happened any news ??? plz update us i am adenhanaced

The server changes for Absolut is complete, and Stoli is not far behind. When Stoli is completed, the maintenance for Cossacks will begin.
