BANK Problem

everytime i get some points they get transfered into the bank early i had close to 100 now im down to 44 and they keep getting sent into the bank. as the bank is turned off i cant get the points back out of there please can this be resolved?

Sorry, the bank was turned off more than a month ago and everybody had 2 whole weeks to make sure they got them out.
However I'm gonna transfer those points from the bank to you. Just this one time.

thank you for that alejandro i did tranfer ages ago but it started transfering them back but i left it for a while to see id it would stop but nope i left it for to long it started to transfer huge amounts anyway thanks
