Best contact form/script to use?

What's the best form or script to use on a contact page?

I want something pretty simple but has a spam fighting feature so I don't get in-undated with crap emails, and simply only ones people submit.

The usual name, email address and comment boxes are all that are required with spam-protection.

Any ideas please?

are you using a CMS?
coz in that case you'll have plenty of good options available
