Can not access the site...Page not found

Well I don't know, but can be my ip gobably banned.? Because I can't visit almost any website..Even x10hosting, I joined x10hosting by chance so I'm posting here before, I can not access it again. Even my own x10hosting site I can't access "Can not access the site...Page not found, Very the adresse or the site doesn't exist". I get something like that I translated it because I use french browser so it could be different message in english... Among sites that I can't join is: www.google.com, www.worldogl.com, www.q3machines.net, and ect... It is just weird, so if someone know something about, and what could cause this please help...And if it is hard to understand me I'm sorry my english is not the best q(^_^)p
