Can not open cpanel.

Hi

I click on open cpanel button and nothing happens. The page shows I am logged in. Click the button and tries to connect, I wait and never does. I use the link I got from email with 10hosting. This is my first trying to open cpanel since I just signed up for this account.

It sounds as if a local firewall has port 2083 blocked. cPanel is often unreachable from work, school, library and public hotspot connections.
