Cannot Access cPanel

Reposting as I'm not getting much luck in the Prime Member forum.

I've been having issues accessing cPanel for several months now. Can someone please help look into the error? Thanks for your help.

unfortunately this a free support forum (free members)
so any help for your issue would be limited to staff members
but they dont make an appearance here that often.

so you might have to wait until staff comes around or you can e-mail them.
or use any other options you might have as a prime member.
(just saying dont expect a fast reply from staff in here)

If you have a premium account, you can open a ticket there. They reply very quickly. Otherwie, there is no forum for premium customers.

Hi they have to switch from cPanel because greedy people have "invested" in it and now it costs a fortune to use,

cPanel was unfortunately acquired by a venture capital company earlier this year which resulted in them changing the pricing structure for cPanel. Under the new structure the licensing is no longer done by server but by account, which is not sustainable for free hosting as we'd be paying thousands of dollars per server per month just in licensing.
