Cant backup site

I can't backup my site. It says

cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module.

Im .pcriot not .x10hosting so my cpanel's different. Can you enable it? I really need to back it up.

it looks like it's cpanel's problem itself coz i also tried backing up my site yesterday (on another host) however i only received that message.

i get the same message yet i can still download and generate back ups!

I'll look into it, we had a problem one day with 11 people deciding they need to back their sites up at the same time causing the server to slow to a crawl
