can't ftp login

I've been trying to upload files but I can't login to the ftp server

Then I found out I was suspended.
I asked to be unsuspended and a few days ago I was told that
now I was unsuspended.

But I still can't ftp login

first, login at x10hosting.com and check if you are unsuspended.
if you are suspended, file an unsuspension request.

Next login into your cPanel account. Either <server name>.x10hosting.com:2082 or <your website>:2082

Find the box named 'Files' and click on the 'FTP accounts' link. Find the account you wish to use or create a new one (don't use <username>_logs) and click on the link named 'Configure FTP Client'. Al the required information will be there except for the password, that you need to remember.
