Cpanel Image Issue

Currently Cpanel is not working for me, i can login but there are no images. Also its really slow. I have enclosed an image of this issue.

These Images are still not working, i have logout then logged in again also i have refreshed alot.

That makes no sense! They should be pointing at image files.

sorry, but it is STILL not working. I've cleared everything cache, ect. ect. But still no success!
