Database problem and unable to logon to cpanel

cpanel id: sunita

I am getting "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL" when I am going to my domain www.investorsouk.com.

Also I am unable to logon to my cpanel. I remember my password. I also tried to reset my password and waited for status to clear but still not able to login.

Please help as the problem is around 3-4 days old as I thought it will correct automatically.
