I was just wondering how many people on these Forums run BOINC on their computer.

If you do run BOINC, which project do you participate in?
If you don't run BOINC, why not?

The image in my sig shows which projects I run.

My brother was running Boinc constantly last year, with some sort of weather predicting model for the 1950's up to the 2050's but we abandoned it because it was taking up to much power when we left it on overnight. ;)

I never really saw the point of leaving it on, but I supose that some of the projects are definetly worthwhile. :)

Have you tried LHC@Home, they have some nice graphics. However, they don't have many workunits so quite often it's idle.

My Dad runs both SETI, and Einstein. But I prefer to run the ones that could find cures for medical conditions.
