error E14884D313F495614 preventing login after password reset

I reset my password as requested but get this error when I try to login. I'm an existing user and in the UK. C

That error code tells me you were trying to login with bad credentials. I have removed the block.
Please note that you have to use your email address as your username.

Thanks. It now lets me in but when I click on the active service it gives me a 500 server error
