Error establishing a database connection - Wordpress

Hello good people.
Spent the whole night up to proping a job application page. And at dawn I get this http://i.imgur.com/ghBgQIO.png
When I try to reach my dokuwiki, which does not use a mySQL database I get this: http://i.imgur.com/pruK10k.png
I remembered I had done a local backup of dokuwiki, strangely unlike the other, but as initial expected, this one works: http://i.imgur.com/t3mq47j.png

So The server is not down. My account is not down, but something is going on with mySQL. Is it my database. Is it the server that manages them?

I don't think I miss any announcement of down time.

Thanks for any help. I was hoping to file this application today

EDIT: It's working again, sorry for the noise

EDIT 2: Ok, just get "Error 503 Backend fetch failed" now, like everyone is getting.
