Hi,
I have recently signed up for free hosting. My account was created successfully, but I can't seem to create a new forum account from the "Register forum account" option in the control panel. Last time I tried I got this error message:
It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (36B3978B)
I'm able to create an account at the forum manually, which I am now posting from. I posted a request over a week ago for my accounts to be linked, but although the thread is closed my accounts are still not linked. I just received a notice that I will shortly be suspended, so I want to have this resolved as quickly as possible.
My details:
Controlpanel username: reviews
Forum username: phoenixreviews
Can I please have these two linked ASAP, to avoid account suspention? Thanks!
