Failed to create login token

I cannot access Cpanel, I get the message below when I click on the Cpanel button.

Failed to create login token: key creation failed. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

x13 and x14 does currently have a problem with the license information which is likely the cause of that error.

There's nothing more that can be done, I can't even access backend due to the same right now
