Fix Invalid License, vision length was only single.

As of now I cannot login to cPanel because I got front page error saying "Invalid License, vision length was only single."


My website is still live so I will try FTP.
Please inform me when this issue is already fix.

Right now I tried FTP access using FileZilla but I cannot connect. I frequently got error message "Could not connect to server" and "421 too many connections (8) from this ip"

Right now the error or issue "Invalid License, vision length was only single." is gone. I can now login to cPanel and MySQL Database
