About a month ago I noticed my site was down alongside the new login message requiring a password reset. I could see from the forum that issues were ongoing so I decided to wait and see if the problems would resolve without adding to the support threads.
The site is back up and running (thank you) however I still can't password reset (the email is never received) and gain access to the admin area.
