Where do I send my forms to, here in x10hosting? To which URL?

OK. I know I didn't state my earlier post clearer. Ok, here's the problem. I'm making a form under HTML. But, I must add the <form action="URL"> to make my form work. But, I don't know the form parser URL for x10hosting. So where do I send my forms to?

I'm using an html form. But, I need to route it somewhere right? But, I don't know the URL to send direct it to. So help, please?
