I was just browsing the forums when i realized that there was another section below the spanish, the free help. I think that the free help should go under news and announcements, so when you log in its right there. It really doesnt matter to me, but it might help out some new people.

I was hoping the "Support Ticket" at the very top of the forums would solve that problem, think it should be renamed?

It doesn't really matter if they open a support ticket or post in the forums, so it's probably better to move the entire Community Support board higher up. If they miss the "Support Ticket" link, at least they'll see the community support area (I hope).
