Free Hosting Issue

Our datacenter is having issues with the private network... unfortunately free hosting is run off of the private network. We're waiting for an update regarding this.

It was mentioned somewhere in a thread recently that any software upgrades x10Hosting performs need to be tested first on cPanel. Can't really upgrade and hope all goes well. That's usually going to result in trouble.

Is it fixed for everyone already? Because my website is redirecting to /cgi-sys/.x10hosting.com which doesn't exist.

PHP\MySQL\cPanel\FTP etc should be up. I am working on restoring sessions properly to PHP right now.

It loads here, clearing your cache should resolve it.

The network issue was resolved four hours ago. Any issues you have now are unrelated.

thanks, i have cleared my browsers cache but it still says "The server at kalaonline.co.cc is taking too long to respond." if its unrelated to the network issue then i will make a support ticket hoping to find a solution.
