Free Joomla Templates

I am looking for a site that offers free joomla templates. or a tutorial on how to make your own. i am sorry i have to ask like this its just i dont have time to surf google looking at through sites that sell templates for 50 bucks. so if you could post a link to either free joomla templates or tuts on how to make your own i would appreciate it

Most Mambo templates work perfectly in Joomla, so you could try searching for Mambo templates as well.
