FTP access not working

Hello!

I have been trying to gain FTP access for hours but nothing works. Would you please help me? Thanks!

Here is the info I enter in FileZilla:

Protocol: FTP
Host: marko.x10host.com (my domain)
Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Logon Type: Normal
User: my DirectAdmin account name as it appears in the panel
Password: my DirectAdmin password

And this is the result:

Status: Resolving address of marko.x10host.com
marko.x10host.com
marko.x10host.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

I don't see what would prevent this from working with the settings you have, the domain itself works in the browser so it does resolve properly I'd say. Any accidental spaces in the host address?

You can also use the server address for host, in your case it would be x13.x10hosting.com (this one also have a proper SSL cert so TLS should come in play properly using this option.
