FTP down on Sustained

FTP is down on sustained server..i am trying the all day to get in..but it seems not to work?

The new server IP's:
Free - 70.86.238.114
Sustained - 70.87.51.250

Ftp does not work, even if the link you gave say online.

Is the server move still taking place? I'm guessing yes.


Cause that could definitely cause problems like FTP being down (my site (and others) are still displaying the It Works! message, which is a definite indication that the move is NOT complete). It might show that its up, but its not going to work until the move's done (and assuming it did work, I'd bet it'd be slower than molasses in january)

Same problem here, although it does say on my Account Panel that everything is OFFLINE. Happy to wait until everything is moved and back up and running.
